What is SMART SORTED?
SMART SORTED is an innovative puzzle from puzzleYOU which is utilized for the jigsaw Advent calendar. Your 1000-piece jigsaw puzzle comes pre-sorted into 40 removable mini boxes, each of which contains a 25-piece section of the puzzle. Both adults and children alike can now put together a large puzzle with 1000 pieces! For more of a challenge, two or more mini boxes can be mixed up.

How many pieces does the jigsaw Advent calendar have?
The puzzleYOU Advent calendar has 1000 pieces. Over the 24 days of Advent, you put together 40 sections, one to several sections per day, to form the finished puzzle! One to six segments with 25 puzzle pieces each await you every day. You can assemble each section one box at a time or mix them on days with more than one box for more of challenge. The custom jigsaw puzzle Advent calendar will indicate which section or sections are to be completed on which day.

How do I create my jigsaw puzzle Advent calendar?
You start by choosing one to 40 favorite photos and uploading them in our shop. In our preview, you can choose from both classic and Christmas puzzle layouts. After creating your puzzle, the next step is to select a box. You’ll find beautiful Christmas box layouts to choose from, all at no extra charge! Finally add text to the box and your custom jigsaw puzzle Advent calendar is ready!
Tip: In the puzzle design phase, you can see which segments of your jigsaw puzzle will be put together on which day of Advent by clicking: “» What comes next and when?”

How many photos do I need for the jigsaw Advent calendar?
It is entirely up to you whether you choose only one large photo or create a collage with up to 40 photos for your custom jigsaw puzzle Advent calendar! Our diverse array of stylish templates offers something for every taste. You can even arrange the collage so that a new photo appears every day if you use 24 photos.

How many pieces do I have to put together each day?
On some days in Advent, you only have to assemble one mini-box, or 25 pieces. On other days, two or more mini-boxes, 50 to 100 pieces, need to be assembled. On Christmas Eve, you’ll put together six mini-boxes for a total of 150 pieces! Which mini-boxes should be assembled on which days will be clearly indicated on your custom jigsaw puzzle Advent calendar.
Tip: The pieces in each mini-box are pre-sorted. For the easiest assembly, simply tear open the box at the perforation and place the pieces one by one, from left to right and top to bottom, to form a 5x5 section of the puzzle.

How soon will my jigsaw puzzle Advent calendar be delivered?
We aim to create and ship every order 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed before noon are often shipped the next day! After placing your order, we print your custom jigsaw puzzle Advent calendar, then ship it. Most orders arrive in less than week!
Please note: especially in the run-up to Christmas, delivery times may be a bit longer than usual. To make sure your puzzle arrives in time for the 1st of December, we recommend ordering your jigsaw puzzle Advent calendar as early as possible.
